This is one of the coolest evil guys,  a cross between a man and a cobra, who seems to have the ability to make and spray a sleep mist, although that changed int he 2002 reincarnation of Khan, when his mist became a venom that could either irritate the eyes, or actually burn through metal.

He seems to be serving two masters, owing a sort of  dual allegiance to  Skeletor and then later to the King Hiss of the Snake Men. One of the most dark and sinister seeming of the evil guys, he is usually seen working with Webstor.
The two of them were teamed up in the episode “Disappearing Dragons” where Khan appears to be the leader of the two.

He’s not afraid of the heroes, as many of his other evil friends are, he speaks in a hissing soft tone that makes him seem more evil than even skeletor at times.

Other members of his race inclucde King Pythos, a Chancellor, and the court jester, Scales. Some of the other snake men actually end up living on Eternia as friends once King Hiss is gone.

You can find Kobra Khan across the internet, with the action figures going for about 40-100 dollars, depending on what you find and what the condition is.
